Every board is bench tested before it leaves our hands. We take the time to verify each unit is fully functional so it arrives ready to drop into your machine. Processing time reflects the care that goes into each order — this is not a warehouse operation.

Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. Canadian orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch via Canada Post or Purolator. US orders ship via tracked international carrier and typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on customs clearance.

Import duties and customs fees for US or international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

Due to the nature of electronic components and pinball machine repair, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

We cannot accept returns because we have no way to verify the condition or environment a board was installed into after it leaves us. Pinball machines are decades-old electrical systems — incorrect voltages, failing connectors, shorted solenoids, and other pre-existing issues in the machine can damage a board in ways that are unrelated to the board itself.

Every single board is bench tested and verified fully functional before it ships. If your board does not work as expected upon arrival, please do not attempt to reinstall it or modify it — contact us immediately and we will work with you to diagnose the issue.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of pinball machine electronics and accept that returns cannot be accommodated.

Limited Warranty

✔ We Stand Behind Our Work

All boards carry a 90-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.

If a board fails within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect or component fault, we will diagnose, repair, or replace it at no charge. We're a small operation run by someone who repairs pinball machines for a living — we have every reason to make sure our boards work and our customers are happy.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by: incorrect installation, reversed connectors, over-voltage conditions, damage from other failed components in the machine, physical damage, or modifications made to the board after delivery.

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the fault. We'll ask you to walk through a quick diagnostic before requesting the board back — in many cases issues can be resolved remotely without shipping anything.

Warranty claims outside the 90-day window will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We'll always do our best to help — we're not here to leave you with a dead board.
